Abstract [en]

Background

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) often cooccurs with physical health issues. Although psychiatric comorbidities in ADHD are well studied, the presence of somatic conditions remains underexplored. Previous studies suggest links between ADHD and inflammatory or autoimmune conditions, but findings are inconsistent. Healthrelated anxiety and uncertainty may also be more prevalent in adolescents with ADHD.
