Abstract [sv]

Projektet syftade till att utveckla ett webbaserat ärendehanteringssystem för hantering av ansökningar och administrativa processer. Systemet utvecklades som en fullstack-applikation med Java och Spring Boot i backend samt React och TypeScript i frontend. Arbetet genomfördes iterativt där funktionalitet successivt implementerades, testades och förbättrades genom refaktorering. Fokus låg på säkerhet, affärslogik, rollhantering och spårbarhet av förändringar i systemet. Resultatet blev ett fungerande prototypsystem med stöd för autentisering, rollbaserad åtkomstkontroll, ärendehantering och loggning av förändringar. Projektet visar hur centrala principer inom modern systemutveckling kan tillämpas i praktiken genom en strukturerad utvecklingsprocess.

Abstract [en]

The project aimed to develop a web-based case management system for the management of applications and administrative processes. The system was developed as a full-stack application with Java and Spring Boot in the backend and React and TypeScript in the frontend. The work was carried out iteratively where functionality was gradually implemented, tested and improved through refactoring. The focus was on security, business logic, role management and traceability of changes in the system. The result was a working prototype system with support for authentication, role-based access control, case management and logging of changes. The project shows how key principles of modern system development can be applied in practice through a structured development process.
