    Abstract [sv]

    Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka lärares undervisning och elevers berättande texter i årskurs 3. Frågeställningarna omfattar undervisning, elevers berättelsers innehåll, textuell struktur samt multimodalitet och kopplingar mellan dessa. Forskningsbakgrund och teori innefattar sociokulturell teori, skrivdiskurser, undervisning och multimodalitet. För att undersöka frågeställningarna genomfördes intervjuer av lärare samt textanalyser av elevers berättelser. Resultatet visar både att det är stora skillnader mellan hur lärarna undervisar men också mellan elevernas berättande texter, även om de flesta innehåller korrekt berättelsestruktur och en röd tråd. Utifrån ett multimodalt perspektiv är det också stora skillnader mellan skolorna, men en likhet är att den vanligaste relationen mellan skrift och bild i elevtexterna är samspelsrelation. Resultatet visar även att det finns kopplingar mellan undervisningen och hur eleverna skriver sina berättelser.

    Abstract [sv]

    Uppsatsen undersöker hur tre barnbiblar utgivna 1739, 1883 och 1983 i Sverige återberättar bibelberättelsen om syndafloden och Noa. Den lyfter genom adaptationsteorin fram vad som tillkommit och vad som tagits bort från originalberättelsen när denna anpassats till en yngre målgrupp. Fokus ligger på vilket stoff som använts och hur det gestaltas. Resultaten sätts sedan in i respektive samtida kontext där fokus ligger på barnsyn och kristendomens roll i samhället. Det visar sig att barnbiblarna till stor grad avspeglar den samtid de tillkommit i men att undantag också finns. Upplysningens och romantikens idéer ges väldigt lite utrymme till förmån för den traditionella, kristna barnsynen och den mekaniska pedagogiken. Genom barnbiblarna kan man följa hur synen på barnet förändras från en stackars varelse med arvsynd till en social individ. Samhällets ökande grad av sekularisering genom åren blir tydlig och gudsbilden förändras från en hämndlysten till alltigenom god gud. Man kan tydligt avläsa att lydnad är en dygd som varit eftersträvansvärd i samtliga barnbiblar men att sätten för att uppnå lydnad varierar med tiden.

    Abstract [en]

    We narrow the gap between simulations of nuclear magnetic resonance dynamics on digital domains (such as CT-images) and measurements in D-dimensional porous media. We point out with two basic domains, the ball and the cube in D dimensions, that due to a digital uncertainty in representing the real pore surfaces of dimension D − 1, there is a systematic error in simulated dynamics. We then reduce this error by introducing local Robin boundary conditions.

    Abstract [en]

    We consider the existence and stability of solitons in a 𝜒(2) coupler. Both the fundamental and second harmonics (SHs) undergo gain in one of the coupler cores and are absorbed in the other one. The gain and loss are balanced, creating a parity-time (𝒫𝒯) symmetric configuration. We present two types of families of 𝒫𝒯-symmetric solitons having equal and different profiles of the fundamental and SHs. It is shown that the gain and loss can stabilize solitons. The interaction of stable solitons is shown. In the cascading limit, the model is reduced to the 𝒫𝒯-symmetric coupler with effective Kerr-type nonlinearity and the balanced nonlinear gain and loss.

    Abstract [en]

    We give a lower bound for the energy of a quantum particle in the infinite square well. We show that the bound is exact and identify the well-known element that fulfils the equality. Our approach is not directly dependent on the Schrödinger equation and illustrates an example where the wavefunction is obtained directly by energy minimization. The derivation presented can serve as an example of a variational method in an undergraduate level university course in quantum mechanics.

    Abstract [en]

    We consider the exponential matrix representing the dynamics of the Fermi-Bose model in an undepleted bosonic field approximation. A recent application of this model is molecular dimers dissociating into its atomic compounds. The problem is solved in D spatial dimensions by dividing the system matrix into blocks with generalizations of Hankel matrices, here referred to as D-block-Hankel matrices. The method is practically useful for treating large systems, i.e. dense computational grids or higher spatial dimensions, either on a single standard computer or a cluster. In particular the results can be used for studies of three-dimensional physical systems of arbitrary geometry. We illustrate the generality of our approach by giving numerical results for the dynamics of Glauber type atomic pair correlation functions for a non-isotropic three-dimensional harmonically trapped molecular Bose-Einstein condensate.

    We calculate level densities and pairing gaps for an ultracold dilute gas of fermionic atoms in harmonic traps under the influence of mean field and anharmonic quartic trap potentials. Supershell nodes, which were found in Hartree-Fock calculations, are calculated analytically within periodic orbit theory as well as from WKB calculations. For attractive interactions, the underlying level densities are crucial for pairing and supershell structures in gaps are predicted.

    Abstract [en]

    The interpretation of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data is of interest in a number of fields. In Ögren [Eur. Phys. J. B (2014) 87: 255] local boundary conditions for random walk simulations of NMR relaxation in digital domains were presented. Here, we have applied those boundary conditions to large, three-dimensional (3D) porous media samples. We compared the random walk results with known solutions and then applied them to highly structured 3D domains, from images derived using synchrotron radiation CT scanning of North Sea chalk samples. As expected, there were systematic errors caused by digitalization of the pore surfaces so we quantified those errors, and by using linear local boundary conditions, we were able to significantly improve the output. We also present a technique for treating numerical data prior to input into the ESPRIT algorithm for retrieving Laplace components of time series from NMR data (commonly called T-inversion).

    We examine bosonic atoms that are confined in a toroidal, quasi-one-dimensional trap, subjected to a random potential. The resulting inhomogeneous atomic density is smoothened for sufficiently strong, repulsive interatomic interactions. Statistical analysis of our simulations show that the gas supports persistent currents, which become more fragile due to the disorder.

    We examine the propagation of solitary waves in elongated clouds of trapped bosonic atoms as the confinement, the strength of the interatomic interaction, and the atom density are varied. We identify three different physical regimes and develop a general formalism that allows us to interpolate between them. Finally we pay special attention to the transition to the Tonks-Girardeau limit of strongly interacting bosons.

    We study atom-atom correlations and relative number squeezing in the dissociation of a Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) of molecular dimers made of either bosonic or fermionic atom pairs. Our treatment addresses the role of the spatial inhomogeneity of the molecular BEC on the strength of correlations in the short time limit. We obtain explicit analytic results for the density-density correlation functions in momentum space, and show that the correlation widths and the degree of relative number squeezing are determined merely by the shape of the molecular condensate.

    We analyze atom-atom correlations in the s -wave scattering halo of two colliding condensates. By developing a simple perturbative approach, we obtain explicit analytic results for the collinear (CL) and back-to-back (BB) correlations corresponding to realistic density profiles of the colliding condensates with interactions. The results in the short-time limit are in agreement with the first-principles simulations using the positive- P representation and provide analytic insights into the experimental observations of Perrin [Phys. Rev. Lett. 99, 150405 (2007)]. For long collision durations, we predict that the BB correlation becomes broader than the CL correlation.

    We theoretically analyze dissociation of a harmonically trapped Bose-Einstein condensate of molecular dimers and examine how the spatial inhomogeneity of the molecular condensate affects the conversion dynamics and the atom-atom pair correlations in the short-time limit. Both fermionic and bosonic statistics of the constituent atoms are considered. Using the undepleted molecular-field approximation, we obtain explicit analytic results for the asymptotic behavior of the second-order correlation functions and for the relative number squeezing between the dissociated atoms in one, two, and three spatial dimensions. Comparison with the numerical results shows that the analytic approach employed here captures the main underlying physics and provides useful insights into the dynamics of dissociation for conversion efficiencies up to 10%. The results show explicitly how the strength of atom-atom correlations and relative number squeezing degrade with the reduction of the size of the molecular condensate.

    We demonstrate that the quantum dynamics of a many-body Fermi-Bose system can be simulated using a Gaussian phase-space representation method. In particular, we consider the application of the mixed fermion-boson model to ultracold quantum gases and simulate the dynamics of dissociation of a Bose-Einstein condensate of bosonic dimers into pairs of fermionic atoms. We quantify deviations of atom-atom pair correlations from Wick's factorization scheme, and show that atom-molecule and molecule-molecule correlations grow with time, in clear departures from pairing mean-field theories. As a first-principles approach, the method provides benchmarking of approximate approaches and can be used to validate dynamical probes for characterizing strongly correlated phases of fermionic systems.

    Abstract [en]

    A Gaussian operator basis provides a means to formulate phase-space simulations of the real- and imaginary-time evolution of quantum systems. Such simulations are guaranteed to be exact while the underlying distribution remains well-bounded, which defines a useful simulation time. We analyse the application of the Gaussian phase-space representation to the dynamics of the dissociation of an ultra-cold molecular gas. We show how the choice of mapping to stochastic differential equations can be used to tailor the stochastic behaviour, and thus the useful simulation time. In the phase-space approach, it is only averages of stochastic trajectories that have a direct physical meaning. Whether particular constants of the motion are satisfied by individual trajectories depends on the choice of mapping, as we show in examples.

    We examine the spin asymmetry of ground states for two-dimensional, harmonically trapped two-component gases of fermionic atoms at zero temperature with weakly repulsive short-range interactions. Our main result is that, in contrast to the three-dimensional case, in two dimensions a non-trivial spin-asymmetric phase can only be caused by the shell structure. A simple, qualitative description is given in terms of an approximate single-particle model, comparing well to the standard results of Hartree-Fock or direct diagonalization methods.

    Abstract [en]

    Textbooks in applied mathematics often use graphs to explain the meaning of formulae, even though their benefit is still not fully explored. To test processes underlying this assumed multimedia effect we collected performance scores, eye movements, and think-aloud protocols from students solving problems in vector calculus with and without graphs. Results showed no overall multimedia effect, but instead an effect to confirm statements that were accompanied by graphs, irrespective of whether these statements were true or false. Eye movement and verbal data shed light on this surprising finding. Students looked proportionally less at the text and the problem statement when a graph was present. Moreover, they experienced more mental effort with the graph, as indicated by more silent pauses in thinking aloud. Hence, students actively processed the graphs. This, however, was not sufficient. Further analysis revealed that the more students looked at the statement, the better they performed. Thus, in the multimedia condition the graph drew students’ attention and cognitive capacities away from focusing on the statement. A good alternative strategy in the multimedia condition was to frequently look between graph and problem statement, and thus to integrate their information. In conclusion, graphs influence where students look and what they process, and may even mislead them into believing accompanying information. Thus, teachers and textbook designers should be very critical on when to use graphs and carefully consider how the graphs are integrated with other parts of the problem.

    Ultracold clouds of dimeric molecules can dissociate into quantum mechanically correlated constituent atoms that are either both bosons or both fermions. We theoretically model the dissociation of two-dimensional anisotropic molecular condensates for which this difference manifests as complementary geometric structures of the dissociated atoms. Atomic bosons are preferentially emitted along the long axis of the molecular condensate, while atomic fermions are preferentially emitted along the short axis. This anisotropy potentially simplifies the measurement of correlations between the atoms through relative number squeezing.

    We elaborate on boundary conditions for Ginzburg-Landau (GL) theory in the case of external currents. We implement a self-consistent theory within the finite element method (FEM) and present numerical results for a two-dimensional rectangular geometry.     It was recently shown in self-consistent Hartree–Fock calculations that a harmonically trapped dilute gas of fermionic atoms with a repulsive two-body interaction exhibits a pronounced super-shell structure: the shell fillings due to the spherical harmonic trapping potential are modulated by a beat mode. This changes the 'magic numbers' occurring between the beat nodes by half a period. The length and amplitude of the beating mode depends on the strength of the interaction. We give a qualitative interpretation of the beat structure in terms of a semi-classical trace formula that uniformly describes the symmetry breaking U(3) → SO(3) in a three-dimensional harmonic oscillator potential perturbed by an anharmonic term ∝ r 4 with arbitrary strength. We show that at low Fermi energies (or particle numbers), the beating gross-shell structure of this system is dominated solely by the twofold degenerate circular and (diametrically) pendulating orbits.

    Gävle municipality has a goal to increase cycling in Gävle. In the year 2025, the proportion of journeys less than four kilometers should be at 60%, a survey from 2012 showed that the proportion were only 24% (Atterbrand et al, 2012). According to the same survey, it was found that the municipality of Gävle will not achieve their goals about the proportion of short trips undertaken by bicycle since the number has not increased since 2006 (Indebetou et al, 2012).

    The essay aims to develop a concept that will encourage more people to choose the bicycle over other means of transport. The main goal is to find out how the interest in cycling in urban environments can be increased.

    The work has been limited to focusing to a local level, but the idea is that the results can be used to create similar products to all urban environments.

    Methods that have been used to get to the final result are interviews with individuals and with people working for the municipality of Gävle. The work also include a study of different scientific articles, an analysis to decide functions of the resulting concept and market research to determent what would be necessary to the results.

    For the research, official material from municipality of Gävle is used, as well as scientific articles and interviews. The facts are used to confirm reasons why people should choose to bike over other modes of transport as well as to show that Gävle has potential as a cycling city.

    The facts that are mentioned in the research are later on used to make different design proposals. Based on the interviews made, three bigger needs are presented as a way to select a design proposal to develop further. The result is presented at the end in the form of an app to smartphones.

    The appearance and features for the app that has been produced occurred after making a market research where two apps for smartphones were investigated, and also a feature to cyclists who the municipality of Gävle offers via their website to offer a custom wayfinding just for cyclists. The apps that were investigated is called RunKeeper and Google Maps. RunKeeper is a motivational app to increase interest in the exercise. Google Maps is an app that uses GPS to give directions for motorists, cyclists and pedestrians.

    The market investigation provided the basis for the final app dubbed Cyclum. Cyculm give tips on places to bike to show bike lanes in the city and can offer the cyclist wayfinding between two points that the user specifies. By using Cyclum cyclist can collect statistics about their bicycle use, a way to motivate to bike more.

    Denna kvalitativa studie undersöker möjliga samband mellan strukturerat lärande i

    kooperativa arbetsformer och SUM-elevers delaktighet. För att SUM-eleverna ska vara

    reellt inkluderande krävs en upplevelse av delaktighet i alla tre aspekter, fysisk, social

    och didaktisk. Denna undersökning fokuserar på matematiska resonerande samtal i grupp

    för att se om SUM-eleverna kan delta på samma villkor som sina klasskamrater inom

    klassens ram. Forskning har visat att det finns lärmiljöer och undervisningssätt som ger

    bättre förutsättningar till lärande för alla elever. Skollag och läroplan ger ett dubbelt

    uppdrag, demokratiuppdraget och kunskapsuppdraget. Modellen Kooperativt Lärande

    skulle kunna möjliggöra detta samtidigt. Studien bygger på en intervention som gjorts i

    form av deltagande observation. För att kunna besvara frågeställningarna har en triangulär

    ansats gjorts. Fältanteckningar, intervjuer och enkäter har använts för att fånga upp

    elevernas agerande och upplevelser. Studien utgår från ett socialkulturellt synsätt på

    lärande och har teorier om gruppen betydelse för lärande, positivt ömsesidigt beroende

    och kooperativ lärande som teoribas. Slutsatsen är att Kooperativt Lärande ger många

    möjligheter för elever med olika behov och kunskapsnivåer att utvecklas. Arbetsmodellen

    ger en möjlighet till reell inkludering för SUM-eleverna, men kräver mycket av den

    undervisande läraren. För att ett ömsesidigt positivt beroende ska uppstå krävs noggrann

    planering av tid, grupper och uppgifter. Det förutsätter att läraren är väl insatt i arbetssättet

    och är beredd att se sin roll på ett nytt sätt, samt att förstå budskapet bakom modellen.

    This issue of Nordic Psychology, as well as the next one, is devoted to papers presented at the Nordic Conference Psychotherapy and Supervision Research in Dialogue. The conference, which took place at the Stockholm University Department of Psychology on 21 and 22 October 2011, was arranged jointly by the Working Party for Psychotherapy Research in Sweden and the Department of Psychology (http://w3.psychology.su.se/terapiforskning).

    We hope that these two issues of Nordic Psychology will contribute to an interesting sample of ongoing research in the Nordic countries. Our ambition for the conference and the present publications is to stimulate Nordic collaboration and networking in these domains. This first issue focuses on psychotherapy research, current themes in Nordic psychotherapy research and the Nordic network. The next issue of Nordic Psychology will focus on professional development and supervision.

    Denna rapport, som har fokus på grupphandledning i psykoterapiutbildning, ger en sammanfattande bild av resultat som erhållits genom ett samarbetsprojekt mellan ett flertal svenska universitet och universitetsrelaterade utbildningsenheter. Projektet bygger på studier av grupphandledning på tre olika utbildningsnivåer; grundläggande psykoterapiutbildning, psykoterapeutbildning och handledarutbildning. Olika teoretiska inriktningar är representerade. Grupperna har omfattat tre eller fyra handledda och en handledare. Kvantitativa och kvalitativa data har samlats in i början, mitten och slutet av respektive utbildning. De studier som presenteras här undersöker och belyser olika aspekter av grupphandledning som upplevelsen av handledning på olika utbildningsnivåer, skillnader och likheter mellan olika psykoterapeutiska inriktningar utifrån att handledningen sker i form av grupphandledning samt upplevelser av gruppklimat och betydelsen av handledarens förhållningssätt. Ett viktigt fynd är att både handledare och handledda betonar behovet av att grupprocesser och fenomen som har sina rötter i såväl samspelet gruppdeltagarna emellan som handledarens förhållningssätt och utbildningens ramar uppmärksammas mer i grupphandledning i psykoterapi.

    This qualitative study was performed on a Swedish postgraduate training program for prospective supervisors. The two-year supervisor training program consisted of weekly theoretical seminars and group supervision of the prospective supervisors’ supervision of a prospective psychotherapist who had a patient in psychotherapy. The training program was based on psychodynamic theory. Supervisees’ and supervisors’ experiences of the group format for supervision, the impact of the supervisor’s style and the supervisor as a role model for the prospective supervisors were explored in semi-structured individual interviews. Both supervisees and supervisors emphasized that the group format was experienced as particularly suitable for this training level. The “super-supervisor’s” style was considered important, as he or she served as a role model for the supervisors in training. The shift of role from psychotherapist to supervisor was specifically emphasized.

    The focus of this paper is group supervision within psychotherapy training. Results emanating from studies performed in collaboration between a number of Swedish universities and university affiliated training units are summarized. The findings are drawn from studies where data is collected from supervisors and supervisees at several different measurement points, levels of training, and psychotherapeutic orientations. The studies presented here examine and highlight different aspects of group supervision, e.g. the experience of supervision on various training levels and psychotherapeutic orientations with regard to the impact of the group format. Moreover, experiences of supervisor style and group climate are examined. A major finding is that both supervisors and supervisees emphasize the need for paying more attention to group processes and phenomena within group supervision.

    This study examined supervisees and supervisors' view on focus and group climate in group supervision and their relationship with supervisees' attained skill. After supervision, supervisees completed a revised version of Buckley's measure of psychotherapeutic skill. Supervisees and supervisors' experience of focus and climate in the supervision was measured with a questionnaire. Topics and Climate (TAG). The results showed that supervisors' ratings of the extent to which different foci were used in the supervision were significantly higher compared to supervisees' ratings. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that differences in supervisor style were related to supervisees' experience of attained skill. Supervisees' experience of the degree to which focus in supervision was on psychodynamic processes was positively related to perceived attained skill, whereas focus on Theoretical aspects was negatively related. These findings underline the importance of research work with topics and group processes in group supervision.

Handledning på psykoterapeutisk behandling har en lång tradition som en av tre hörnpelare (teori, egenpsykoterapi och kliniskt arbete under handledning) inom psykoterapiutbildningar på olika nivåer. Tillgång till kontinuerlig handledning har dessutom visat sig fylla en viktig funktion för vidare utveckling och fördjupning för psykoterapeuter för att motverka stagnation och utbrändhet i yrkesrollen.

    The aim of the study was to highlight the design and functioning of the organizational framework supporting psychotherapy supervision at psychotherapy training institutions at postgraduate level in Sweden. The study was based on data from course coordinators and supervisors, who are the two main categories of employees involved in these programs. Two questionnaires were constructed (Course Coordinator Questionnaire and Supervisor Questionnaire).

    Our results indicated that the organizational framework for different training institutions were fairly similar with regard to the perceived primary task, i.e. supervision goals and its overall framework. However, according to the course coordinators, there were certain differences with regard to the management of role distribution, group composition, information, routines, regularity and accessibility. Also, economic and geographical conditions had a substantial influence on the design and functioning of the framework. The supervisors stressed the importance of explicit organizational frames, clear information and routines for, e.g. evaluation, how to deal with conflicts and failing, and above all the need for a competent and flexible course coordinator. The collected information might be used for further discussion of a functional framework supporting psychotherapy supervision in a training context.

    Despite the fact that group supervision in psychotherapy appears to be the most frequently used modality in many training institutions (Holmes, Stader, Swaim, Haigler, & deRosset, 1998; Ögren, Jonsson, & Sundin, 2005), relatively few systematic studies of psychotherapy supervision in group have been published. GUT (Group Supervision in Psychotherapy in an Academic Context) is a research project that studies aspects of group supervision in psychotherapy training. The project is performed in collaboration between a number of Swedish universities and university-affiliated institutions. Four questionnaires have been developed; 1) Attained knowledge and skill, 2) Group climate, 3) Supervisor style, 4) Actual and ideal usage of the group format. In this project, data is collected from psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral supervisors and their supervisees who work at different training institutions and different training levels. The supervisors and supervisees complete self-ratings at three measurement points during a supervision period of 1.5 to 2 years. Up until now, data has been collected during a five-year period (2002 to 2006), and a data-base with data from 150 supervision groups has been developed. Results from this project have been published in a number of articles.

    Our main findings of this net-work project is summerized as well as major limitations of this project and its design. Implications for future research is discussed.

    Abstract [en]

    Two different admission procedures (high school grades/scholastic tests and high school grades/scholastic tests/interview) to the five-year Master's Program in Professional Psychology at Stockholm University were examined. The analyses were based on data from students who were admitted on a combination of high school grades/scholastic test and interview, and students who were admitted based only on high school grades/scholastic test. In the final semester of the five-year Psychologist Program, the students and their supervisors rated the student's development of psychotherapeutic knowledge and skills, and their relation to the supervisor and the supervision group. A self rating scale was used. The results showed that students who were admitted upon interview and their supervisors, rated significantly higher on all factors. Moreover, students admitted upon interview rated their development of psychotherapeutic skill significantly higher than students admitted traditionally. The corresponding difference between supervisor ratings was not significant. Both student and supervisor ratings indicated that the students admitted by an interview had a better relation to their supervisor and to their supervision group.

    Abstract [sv]

    Two different admission procedures (high school grades/scholastic tests and high school grades/scholastic tests/interview) to the five-year Master's Program in Professional Psychology at Stockholm University were examined. The analyses were based on data from students who were admitted on a combination of high school grades/scholastic test and interview, and students who were admitted based only on high school grades/scholastic test. In the final semester of the five-year Psychologist Program, the students and their supervisors rated the student's development of psychotherapeutic knowledge and skills, and their relation to the supervisor and the supervision group. A self rating scale was used. The results showed that students who were admitted upon interview and their supervisors, rated significantly higher on all factors. Moreover, students admitted upon interview rated their development of psychotherapeutic skill significantly higher than students admitted traditionally. The corresponding difference between supervisor ratings was not significant. Both student and supervisor ratings indicated that the students admitted by an interview had a better relation to their supervisor and to their supervision group.

    Psychotherapy supervision is considered crucial for psychotherapists in training on different levels. During the last decades, group supervision has been the most frequently used format of psychotherapy supervision in many countries. Nevertheless, until recently, very few studies had evaluated the small-group format for training of beginner psychotherapists and psychotherapy supervisors. This article aims to summarise and discuss main findings from a research project which used questionnaires to collect supervisee and supervisor reports about various issues of psychotherapy supervision in group. One such finding is that, in several studies, the group format contributed to an in-depth clinical experience. Also, both supervisors and supervisees reported that the working climate in their groups improved over time: a more flexible and collaborative style of interaction over time; the communication became more flexible, the group members took less rigid positions; and fewer dysfunctional subgroups were maintained. These results also suggested that strong efforts to establish close relationships in the group can limit group member involvement and hinder group development. A third finding suggested that there was no difference between supervisees and supervisors who worked with different psychotherapy orientations (psychodynamic, CBT) in terms of how they perceived that the group actually had been used as a didactic tool. In contrast, both supervisees and supervisors with a psychodynamic approach reported that more focus ideally should be on group process issues. Another study finding suggested that the organisational framework for psychotherapy supervision is of considerable importance for the learning process. This finding opens up a new area of research which needs to be explored in future studies. A conclusive discussion relates these findings to the general aim of this research, which is to identify and systematically examine issues of considerable clinical interest, and thus build bridges between academia and clinical practice. Recommendations for future research endeavours are also outlined.
