Abstract [sv]

Syftet med föreliggande kvantitativa studie var att undersöka arbetsrelaterad identitet och se om det finns en relation till upplevd rättvisa hos arbetstagare med en heltidsanställning. Enkäten innehöll 74 påstående och sju bakgrundsfrågor. Den innehöll frågor om arbetsrelaterad identitet (yrkes, grupp och organisation) och upplevd rättvisa (procedural, fördelning, interaktiv och information). Totalt 113 individer med en heltidsanställning besvarade enkäten. Resultaten av denna studie visade på en signifikant relation mellan arbetsrelaterad identitet och upplevd rättvisa. Resultatet av de fyra genomförda regressionsanalyserna påvisade att identiteterna predicerade upplevd rättvisa olika starkt, där organisationsidentitet hade starkast relation till alla typer av upplevd rättvisa. Arbetsgruppsidentitet hade starkast relation till interaktiv rättvisa, och yrkesidentitet hade starkast relation till fördelad rättvisa. 

Abstract [en]

The purpose of the present quantitative study was to examine work-related identity and if it had any association with perceived justice in workers with a full-time employment. The questionnaire contained 74 statements and seven background questions. The questionnaire contained questions about work-related identity (occupational, group and organizational) and perceived justice (procedural, distributive, interactive, informational). A total of 113 individuals with full-time jobs responded. The results of the present study showed significant effects between work-related identity and perceived justice. The results of the four completed regression analyzes showed that the identities predicted perceived justice various strong, where organizational identity had the strongest relationship to all kinds of perceived justice. Work-group identity had the strongest relationship to interactive justice, and occupational identity had the strongest relationship to distributive justice.
