Abstract [en]

The purpose is to find out how teachers work with students that don´t speak in the classroom. The questions that will be answered in this text are: If teacher include every student in class? How teachers identify students that doesn´t speak up in class? What reasons the teacher´s see to students that doesn´t speak in the classroom? How teacher´s include the quiet students in the classroom?


The participants are from two different schools. At each school 2 teacher´s are interviewed. So there are 4 participants in total. Every participant got almost the same open questions. The questions are open questions that are based on research.


The result shows that all the teachers in the study are working towards the purpose of this study. In some ways they do the same thing, but they also have different approaches in how to reach the students.
