Abstract [sv]

Denna rapport avhandlar ett kandidatexamensarbete på Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan i kursen IL120X, betitlat Sensordatafiltrering med Kalmanfilter. Rapporten avhandlar reglerteknik samt Kalmanfiltrering med inbyggda system baserat på en mikrokontrollern STM32F103RE av STMicroelectronics. Projektets mål var att undersöka Kalmanfiltrets lämplighet som filter vid manuellt fjärrstyrda quadrokoptrar.

Abstract [en]

This report treats a bachelor thesis at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). This report is written as a part of the course IL120x and is named Sensor Data Filtering with Kalman filters. The thesis treats control theory and Kalman filtering with embedded systems based on the microcontroller STM32F103RE by STMicroelectronics. The goal of the project was to investigate the suitability of the Kalman filter with manually remote controlled UAV:s.
