”More than a working-relationship” : A study about home care service nurses experiences of their working situation (English)
Abstract [sv]

The theoretical frame consists of social networks and the concepts community and thin networks. The collected data has been coded, categorized, thematised and analyzed in relation to former research and the theoretical perspectives. Our study results indicates that the personnel in home care services feels that they have a good and rewarding work. The contact with the users is experienced as very positive and as the main reason for them to go to work. The personnel also describe the working group as very important and it is to the colleagues they turn to get support.
