Abstract [sv]

Projektet syftar att ta fram en kundvagn anpassad efter Bromma återvinningscentrals behov. Dagens utbud uppfyller inte de krav som ställs och alla de tidigare provade modellerna har efteren kort tid slitits ut. En förstudie genomfördes där dagens utbud undersöktes och ett besök på ÅVC Bromma genomfördes. Problemet delades upp i ett antal delområden och lösningsförslag genererades förvarje område. De olika lösningsförslagen utvärderades och eliminerades tills det att endast enlösning till varje problem återstod. Dessa lösningar bildar tillsammans slutkonceptet.Projektet resulterade i en avskalad kundvagn med fokus på användarvänlighet samt att tåla depåfrestningar den utsätts för. Den består av en stor andel standardkomponenter vilket bådegynnar dess pris samt gör den enkel att reparera om slitage skulle uppstå. Det har även tagits hänsyn till ergonomiska aspekter då det gäller utformning av vagnens handtag. En prototyp ha rtagits fram och ska nu testas och utvärderas på ÅVC Bromma. När det gäller kundvagnens livslängd är den svår att uppskatta då det beror på om man räknar fram tills det att en första komponent behöver bytas ut eller tills det att hela vagnen är utsliten. De utbytbara komponenterna ger dock vagnen en i princip oändlig livslängd då det enda som intekan bytas ut är stommen.

Abstract [en]

The project is aimed to develop a trolley adapted to the needs at Bromma Recycling Center. Theexisting trolleys do not meet the requirements and all the previously tested models become worn out after a short period of time. A pilot study was conducted in which today's selection was investigated and a visit to therecycling center was conducted. The problem was divided into a number of sub-areas andproposed solutions were generated for each area. The various proposed solutions were evaluatedand eliminated until only one solution to each problem remained. These solutions together formthe final concept.The project resulted in a simple cart with focus on ease of use and to withstand the strains towhich it is exposed. It consists of a large proportion of standard components which will both benefit its price and makes it easy to repair if wear should occur. Ergonomic aspects have also been taken into account when it comes to the design of the trolley handle. A prototype has been developed and will now get tested and evaluated at Bromma Recycling Center. When it comes to the trolley’s lifespan, it is difficult to estimate since it depends on if you countup until a first component needs to be replaced or until the entire carriage is worn out. However the replaceable components give the carriage a virtually infinite life, since the only part that cannot be replaced is the frame.
