Abstract [en]

This contribution highlights the role of quality feedback for perceived service dependability and summarises some related work done within the workpackage WP.JRA.6.1 (Quality of Service from the users' perspective and feedback mechanisms for quality control) of the European FP6 Network of Excellence EuroNGI (Next Generation Internet). Different types of feedback are classified and discussed. The presentation also points out need and directions for more research in this domain.

Presentationen presenterar arbete och ansatser som hade gjorts inom excellensnätverket "EuroNGI", arbetspaket WP.JRA.6.1 om användarupplevt tjänstekvalitet och dess återkoppling.
