Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

In this paper I have written about my project Church café, an interior design proposal for a Pentecostal Church in Kungälv. This proposal is based on the program, the needs and desires, drawn up after interviews with the Pentecostal Church and my own observations. This is the result of the question: How can I design a long-term interior proposal for a kitchen and café in the Pentecostal Church in Kungälv which promotes participation and affiliation, that facilitates relationship building and provides an opportunity for communion? Through research, interviews, design processes, floor plans, furnishing plans, wall setups, moodboard and figuration work, I have designed an interior proposal for a functional kitchen that meets the rules, requirements and wishes of the users as well as a café that meets the requirement of flexibility through various furnishing plans.
