Abstract [sv]

Stressrelaterade problem i arbetslivet anses vara den vanligaste orsaken till arbetsbesvär. Inomgruvsektorn kan ökad stress leda till psykiska symptom. Studien utgår från QPSNordic (GeneralNordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social factors at work) + 34's enkätmaterial ochundersöker skillnad i skattning mellan en grupp anställda och entreprenörers (n=25) psykosocialaarbetsmiljö av relevans för stress. Analysen utgår från enkätmaterialets itemnivå. En signifikantskillnad påvisades där gruppen LKAB - anställda skattade högre inom kategorinorganisationskultur samt förutsägbarhet i arbetet och entreprenörsgruppen inom kategorinarbetskrav. Entreprenörsgruppen riskerar i högre utsträckning att råka ut för stressrelateradebesvär. Stressreducerande insatser på arbetsplatsen kan vara ökat handlingsutrymme,kunskapsnyttjande, kontroll, måltydlighet och positiv feedback.

Abstract [en]

A stress-related problem in today’s work life seems to be the most common reason for workrelatedproblems. In the mining industry increased stress may lead to psychological problems. Thestudy was based on QPSNordic (General Nordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social factors atwork)+34's survey material and investigated difference in estimates between groups of employees'and entrepreneurs' (n=25) psychological working environment of relevance to stress. The surveyanalysis is based on the questionnaire item level. The results showed that the group of LKAB -employees estimated higher level regarding organisational culture and predictability, whereas theentrepreneurial group may risk greater extent to encounter stress - related disorders. Stressreducinginterventions in the workplace should be an increased scope for action, knowledgeutilization, control, case clarity and positive feedback.
