Abstract [sv]

Detta projekt innefattar en förskola med en tvist. Tanken är att byggnaden ska ge mervärde till staden & dess invånare, inte bara som en privat verksamhet som står för sig. Genom att korsa en privat med en offentlig användning d.v.s. en förskola med + aktiviteter, så som café, ateljé & bibliotek, har denna byggnad tagit form.

 

Till & börja med tar en förskola plats utanför hemmet & innefattar både barnomsorg & utbildning. En sådan verksamhet ska hushållas i en trygg & kreativ miljö där lek & behov får ta sin plats; många dagis är som öar, avskurna från allmänheten av en grind & gård, med en tegel- eller träkåk i mitten: i & med de stora barnkullarna på senare tid hushålls verksamheten i temporära baracker eller bottenvåningar i innerstan.

 

Intentionen i detta projekt har varit att undersöka vad en trygg & spännande miljö kan vara för barn att vistas i. Denna process har varit en dialog mellan form & plats.

Abstract [en]

This project is about creating a preschool with a twist. The building itself is suppose to give a surplus value to the city & its inhabitants, not only as a private activity which stands on its own. By combining a private with a public usage; a preschool with + activities, such as a café, workshop & library, this building began to take shape.

 

To begin with a preschool is set outside the home & it combines both childcare & education. Such occupation should take place within a safe & creative environment where play & needs are met; many preschools are like islands, isolated from the public with a gate & playground, with a brick or wooden building in the middle: with the large child groups nowadays many preschools are set within temporary barracks or ground floors within the city.

 

The intention of this project has been to investigate what a safe & exciting environment for children might be. This process has been a dialog between form & place.
