Abstract [sv]

Största stödet fann distriktssköterskorna i varandra.

The conclusion is that the respondents felt difficulties in influencing their work situation, there were high demands on them and there was a high workload. Combined with a lack of support it led to high levels of perceived stress. Stress at work had an impact as well on the Primary Nurses as on the patients.
