Saab Communication i Linköping sysslar med konsultverksamhet mot ett flertal nationella och internationella företag inom både den civila och militära sektorn. Fokus ligger på flyget med uppdrag inom telesystem, radiosystem, signaturanpassning, EMC, atmosfärisk påverkan mm.

Hög tillförlitlighet är en viktig faktor inom flygburna system. Det innebär att diverse stråltester tillämpas på elektriska system och komponenter, exempelvis minnen. Det är viktigt att försäkra sig om att minnena i de flygburna systemen fungerar riktigt och att konfigurationsdata inte förloras.

Målsättningen med examensarbetet är att anpassa ett datainsamlingsprogram för minneselektronik, från en redan existerande testutrustning. Arbetsuppgiften innebär följande:

•Läsa/skriva till DRAM

•Lagra data på moderkortet

•Presentera data i LabVIEW

Testutrustningen ska kunna läsa och skriva till testminnet, lagra data på moderkortet och slutligen presentera data i LabVIEW. Större delen av den tillgängliga projekttiden har gått åt felsökning. Undersökningen har inneburit att reda ut varför inte läsning och skrivning har kunnat upprättas, trots fungerande program. Till följd av detta har inte lagra och presentera data bearbetats.

Abstract [en]

Saab Communication in Linköping offers consulting towards a majority of national and international companies, both in the military and civilian market. The company develops products and systems in the field of aviation and focus on tele systems, radio systems, signature adaptation, EMC, atmospheric impact and so on. High reliability is an important factor for airborne systems. It means that various radiation tests are applied on electrical systems and components, for example memories. It is important to ensure that the memories operate properly and that configuration data is not lost, during aviations.

The objective with this master thesis work is to adapt a data accumulation programme for memory electronics, from already existing test equipment. During the thesis, following points must be considered:

•Read and write to DRAM

•Store data on the motherboard

•Present data in LabVIEW

The test equipment will have the ability to read and write from the physical test memory, store data on the motherboard and finally present data in LabVIEW. Most of the available project time has been used for error searching. The search for errors mainly consists of an investigation of why reading and writing have not been established, despite operational programmes. As a result of this, the bullet points Store data on the motherboard and Presen data in LabVIEW have not been processed.
