Konstruktionsritningar i 3D (Swedish)
Abstract [en]

Most construction drawings are made in 2D, but drawings in 3D are something that more and more often are requested by the market. The drawings become easier to overview and survey with this tool. 3D drawings give such a supreme visual overview of a whole project that no company wants to work without 3D.

This report is only studying the programs ADT and Tekla Structures, and it is assumed that the reader have basic knowledge of CAD drawing. Former user experience of these programs is non-existing. So in order to get to know the programs a school in Vallentuna was drawn up in 3D. For assist there were manuals and the staff at WSP.

Tekla Structures was used to build the frame in the model, in other words to concrete- and steel materials. ADT was used to complete the drawing that was made in Tekla Structures, for example to draw walls, windows and doors.

One big advantage with ADT, is that both architects and design engineers can work with the same program. The architects can build a model in 3D by using blocks. Then the design engineers can build walls, roofs and ceilings with the required materials. In Tekla Structures the design engineer is also given the opportunity to put loads on the construction and get the dimensions to the frame and even produce reinforcement drawings.

De flesta konstruktionsritningar görs i 2D, men 3D ritningar är något som alla parter på marknaden efterfrågar allt mer. Ritningarna blir mer lättöverskådliga och tydliga med detta hjälpmedel. 3D ritning ger en mycket god visuell översikt över ett helt projekt, så att inga företag kommer att vilja arbeta utan 3D.

Rapporten avgränsar sig till studie av programmen ADT och Tekla Structures, och förutsätter att läsaren har grundkunskaper i CAD-ritning. Tidigare användningserfarenheter av dessa program saknas. Så för att få känna på programmen så har ritningar till en skola i Vallentuna ritats upp i 3D utifrån 2D ritningar. Till hjälp fanns manualer och handböcker samt personalen på WSP.

Tekla Structures användes för att bygga upp själva stommen i modellen, alltså till betong och stål. ADT användes till att fullborda ritningen som gjorts i Tekla Structures, det vill säga för att rita upp väggar, fönster och dörrar med mera.

En stor fördel med ADT, är att både arkitekten och konstruktören kan använda sig av samma program. Arkitekten kan bygga upp en 3D modell med hjälp av blockverktygen. Sedan kan konstruktören lägga in de material som behövs i väggar, golv och tak. I Tekla Structures kan konstruktören också lägga in erforderliga laster och dimensionera stommen och dessutom skapa armeringsritningar.
