Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

The aim of the study was to see if the estimates of leadership, community, influence, physical work, and age can predict the estimated job satisfaction. There was an assumption that certain factors were more subjective exists and other more general, it is important to emphasize that the subjective contrast is generally not used as opposites in this paper. When an individual estimated factors from their own perspective, they were regarded as subjective factors. When instead the majority of individuals had behaved equivalent towards a factor, it was reasonable that it was more general, since most of the highly underrated. study was conducted using an online questionnaire which was answered by 127 respondents, yielding response rates 55%. The results showed that both influence and leadership significantly contributed to the prediction of processing herring satisfaction. The other factors did not contribute significantly to the model. Focus of the discussion concerned whether the result of the estimated factors were seen as subjective or generally understood. The conclusion drawn by the study's findings was that influence and leadership had the characteristics to be classified as general factors.
