This thesis presents the implementation of a system for multi-user interaction using laser pointers. The system looks for multi-user interaction in Virtual Reality environments and approaches the problem by taking into account the scalability of the system (large screens, multiple users). The text describes the tracking algorithm and how the extracted information from it can be used as interaction input on the 2D and 3D space. Moreover describes the implementation of a device that can be used in cross-platform Virtual Reality systems. The thesis concludes by presenting the results of the work that was conducted.
