Abstract [sv]

På uppdrag från One Nordic AB utreder denna rapport ur ett allmänt perspektiv vilka energibesparande åtgärder som kan utföras på vattenkraftverk. Fokus ligger på, enligt önskan av beställande företag, värmeåtervinning från transformatorer, effektivisering av isfrihållningen kring utskovsluckor samt effektivisering och modernisering av belysningsanläggningar. Rapporten ger förslag på energieffektiviseringar tillsammans med konkreta beräkningsexempel på hur mycket energi som går att spara under angivna förhållanden. 

Resultatet visar att energieffektiviseringar bör föregås av en djupanalys av varje kraftstations budget, behov och efterfrågan tillsammans med ett noggrant ställningstagande till eventuella risker. Eftersom en mängd variabler gör det svårt att presentera en generell bästa lösning presenterar rapporten ett par rekommenderade lösningar till värmeåtervinning från transformatorer, energibesparande åtgärder i och kring utskovsluckorna samt ett flertal alternativ till energieffektivisering av belysningsanläggningar.

Abstract [en]

On behalf of the company One Nordic AB and Staffan Lundström, this report study several energy-saving measures that can be done at hydroelectric power stations. One Nordic AB wanted three areas to be investigated further a: the processes to keep the floodgate free from ice, b: recycling heat from the electric transformer and c: energy-saving solutions for lightning. The report gives both calculating examples on energy consumption and shows how the saving solutions can be applied in reality.

The result shows that every process that leads to a more energy efficient solution should start with a deeper analysis which takes the budget, needs and demands in considerations along with all the potential risks. Since many variables make it difficult to present a general best solution the report presents a few recommended solutions to all the three investigated areas.
