Abstract [sv]

Föreliggande arbete åskådliggör hur den av fastighetsägaren betalade energin används och för vilka ändamål samt påvisar konkreta kostnadseffektiva besparingsåtgärder utifrån befintlig eller ny utrustning. Resultatet visar att man kan göra betydande energibesparingar genom att åtgärda frånluftsfläktar med långa drifttider och höga flöden samt ventilationsaggregat med låg temperaturverkningsgrad. Genomförs de föreslagna åtgärderna kan värme-energianvändningen reduceras med 277 MWh/år eller 38 % av den totala inköpta värme-energin. Samt 43 MWh/år eller 23 % av den totalt inköpta el- energin. Totalt motsvarar detta en årlig besparing på ca 180 000 kr. 

Abstract [en]

The presented investigation shows that one can make significant energy savings at Norr 23:5 by addressing the ventilation fans with long operating times, high flow rates and ventilation system with low temperature efficiency. Are the proposed measures done, the heat energy is reduced by 277 MWh / year or 38% of the total purchased thermal energy. And 43 MWh / year or 23% of the total purchased electric energy. Overall, this represents an annual saving of about 180 thousand SEK.
