Abstract [sv]

En ny matarupphängning har konstruerats åt en serie av Sandvik SRP:s matarprogram.

Uppskattningsvis kommer detta bespara Sandvik runt 0,7msek per år.

Den nya upphängningen består av 10st komponenter och är testad, under belastning, över

20miljoner cykler. Prototyp är installerad sen nov 2008 i Seepsula, Finland.

Svagheter med den gamla upphängningen

1. Upphängningen är statiskt obestämd

2. Styv konstruktion

3. Oförlåtande design för inbyggnads

och produktionsfel

4. Känslig för nötning

Fördelar med den nya upphängningen är

1. sänker monteringskostnader

2. Sänker installationskostnader

3. Mer förlåtande design gentemot felinbyggnad och

produktionsrelaterade fel

4. Reducerar kostnader för upphängningen med 70%

5. Reducerar antalet komponenter med 40%

6. Direkt utbytbar mot den gamla upphängningen utan

konstruktionsförändringar

Abstract [en]

A new pan feeder suspension is developed for a serie of Sandvik SRP feeders. Estimated savings are

calculated to 0,7msek yearly.

The new suspension consists of 10 components and is tested, under realistic load, in Arbrå Sweden to

endure 20 milion load cykles. A prototype is installed since Nov 2008 at a site in Seepsula, Finland.

Weeknesses with the old suspension

1. The suspension is static undetermined

2. It’s a stiff design

3. The design is unforgiving for error in installation and

production process

4. It’s sensitive for wear

Advantages with the new suspension

1. Lower assembly costs

2. Lower installation costs

3. The design is more forgiving for installation and

production errors

4. 70% reduction of component cost

Directly exchangeable with the old suspension

without altering the old design.
