I det här examensarbetet behandlas problematiken i krypgrunder i allmänhet och för Kungsmadskolan i Växjö i synnerhet, där undersökning av energiförlust samt en klimatutredning gjorts för nuvarande konstruktion. En lämplig energieffektiviserande åtgärd i form av tilläggsisolering tas fram och dess påverkan på klimatet i krypgrunden utvärderas. Kalkyler innehållande investeringskostnad och årlig besparing presenteras.
