Bankers internationalisering: dimensioner för fortsatt forskning
Uppsala University, Disciplinary Domain of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Business Studies.
1990 (Swedish)Report (Other academic)
Abstract [sv]

The international financial markets have undergone profound transformation over the last decades. The present paper, a part of a larger project, focuses on the impact of various factors on the internationalisation process of banks. Special attention is given to the effects of liberalized bank regulations, experience of international operations and the influence of different parties. Based on the earlier research on international business and banking, fourteen propositions are presented, covering important aspects for the continued research.
