Abstract [sv]

Syftet är att undersöka socialtjänstens kunskap om barn med neurologiskt betingade beteendestörningar. Fem fallbeskrivningar konstruerades i samråd med professor Trevor Archer, varav fyra innebar neurologiskt betingade beteendestörningar och ett femte fall beskrev en social problematik. Totalt 11 st socialsekreterare fick läsa och kommentera fallbeskrivningarna. Resultaten antyder att socialtjänsten har små kunskaper om barn med neurologiskt betingade beteendestörningar.

Abstract [en]

This study with five scenario cases and eleven social workers suggests that the social services has little knowledge about neurological disorders, and that may lead to misjudgments.
