Abstract [en]

In my essay, we get to meet Olle who goes in first class. The essay takes off after school and when recreational activities have started. Olle comes running towards me to ask for help, he has gotten into trouble with three classmates and he feels unfairly treated. A true classic or normal event, which I think takes place in most schools. What I am interested in examining is how my feelings affect the whole course of events in the conflict arising. What emotions do I show my surroundings and what are the consequences of them.

My essay addresses not only the professionals and teachers but also the staff of the school administration and everyone else who works in school. My purpose in this essay is to illustrate how important the hospitality is in a school and after-school activities. How we act towards children and colleagues is essential if the business will work in a satisfying way. To act wisely requires knowledge and that is the headline in my essay. How do you act wisely? What qualities have those who possess this wisdom? These are some of the questions I will raise in my essay and explore. I want to show that knowledge is so much more than math and spelling. A knowledge that takes in ethical values and that strives for human welfare must be a priority.
