Abstract [en]

This Master thesis consists in a reduction plan for the energy consumption of 5 old residential buildings in Stockholm. To be reduced by 20% within 10 years, the current energy consumption will be analyzed. Analysis provides an efficient target for an accurate simulation. As well as measurements, the energy simulation of different possible solutions for energy savings will give an idea of the theoretical total savings, and thus a first plan. This plan will be completed by an economical analysis, to get a better idea concerning its feasibility, and finally enhanced by advices about people’s behavior.
