I ett barnavårdsfall med omfattande diagnosticerad medicinsk problematik kring ett barn görs en utredning enligt BBIC-konceptet (Barns Behov i Centrum). Barnet får inte komma till tals, uppgifter som inte är rimligt säkerställda anförs och ett avsevärt antal tankefel uppvisas.
