Abstract [en]

The purpose of this article is to develop proposals for improving the organization of training by foreign teachers in national higher educational institutions (based on the analysis of the experience of teaching the course "Sustainable Development and Sustainablity Science" at the Karakalpak State University, Nukus, Uzbekistan). Using the example of teaching a joint course by Uzbek and Swedish specialists at a higher educational institution in Uzbekistan, the authors described the features, the most important aspects and advantages of this training. The use of the method of comparative analysis, sociological research methods allowed us to identify problems in the organization and conduct of training. As a result of the survey, positive results for students and national teachers were systematized. The authors have developed recommendations for improving the organization of education at universities in post-Soviet republics with the involvement of foreign professors. It was concluded that in the context of globalization, it is necessary to develop cooperation between universities, to carry out a constant exchange of experience.
