This study explores the development and implementation of a specifically tailored innovationprocess for smaller enterprises in the manufacturing sector. Focusing lays within differentaspects like resources, leadership and creative worspaces with the end goal of creatinginnovative framework aligned with some specific need for the organization.Data was collected trough semi-structured interviews. The personnel that was interviewd areconsidered key individuals within the oragnization (case company). The data collected wasanalyzed trough thematic analisys. The findings highlight the pivotal roles of leadership andorganizational climate as driving factors in innovation.
The theoretical foundation integrates leadership, creativity and innovation-process models toprovide a better understanding of facors influencing innovation efforts. The study delivers acostumized model to enhance innovation processes in smaller enterprizes, aiming to givestronger internal capabilities and ”foster” better growth. Ethical considerations were made,including anonymity and integrity of the respndents.
