Abstract [sv]
SAMMANFATTNING
Bakgrund: Hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck [HRV] har länge varit ett uppmärksammat samhällsproblem. Skolan ansvarar för att motverka HRV bland barn- och ungdomar, där skolsköterskan har en unik möjlighet att tidigt upptäcka HRV. Antonovskys teori, känsla av sammanhang [KASAM], användes för att synliggöra barn- och ungdomars livskvalitet.
Syfte: Syftet var att belysa skolsköterskors erfarenheter av att möta barn- och/eller ungdomar som utsatts för hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck.
Metod: En digital kvalitativ enkätstudie med induktiv ansats genomfördes. 17 kvinnliga specialistutbildade sjuksköterskor i åldrarna 30–65 år från norra, mellersta och södra Sverige deltog. Digitalenkäten genomfördes mellan 2024-06-17 – 2024-09-08. Enkätsvaren analyserades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys.
Resultat: Tre kategorier presenterades: Skolsköterskors erfarenheter av HRV tog sig uttryck i olika former av våld; Skolsköterskors samskapande omvårdnad för att motverka HRV; samt Skolsköterskors utmaningar och möjligheter i den samskapande omvårdnaden. Det framkom att HRV yttrades på olika sätt. Skolsköterskorna mötte både utmaningar och möjligheter i omvårdnadsarbetet, varpå trygghet, tillit och att våga samtala om HRV lyftes som essentiella delar.
Slutsatser: Mötet med HRV-utsatta elever skildrades genom olika former av våld, innefattande våldets inverkan på eleverna. Skolsköterskorna använde screeningsverktyg i likhet med KASAM för att upptäcka HRV. Utmaningar framkom att uppnå elevernas tillit, delaktighet och få dem att berätta om HRV. Slutsatsen var att skolsköterskorna genom ett hälsofrämjande tvärprofessionellt samarbete kunde stödja eleverna att uppnå högre livskvalitet i samband med HRV.

SUMMARY
Background: Honor-related violence and oppression [HRV] has long been a high-profile social problem. The school is responsible for counteracting HRV among children and adolescents where the school nurse has a unique opportunity to detect HRV at an early stage. Antonovsky's theory, Sense of Coherence [SOC], was used to make the quality of life of children and adolescents visible.
Aim: The aim was to illuminate school nurses' experiences of encountering children and/or adolescents who have been exposed to honor-related violence and oppression
Method: A digital qualitative survey with an inductive approach was conducted. 17 female specialist nurses aged 30–65 from northern, central and southern Sweden participated. The digital survey was conducted between 2024-17-06 – 2024-08-09. The survey responses were analyzed through qualitative content analysis.
Results: Three categories were presented: School nurses' experiences of HRV were expressed in different forms of violence; School nurses' co-creative care to counteract HRV; and School nurses' challenges and opportunities in co-creative nursing. It emerged that HRV was expressed in different ways. The school nurses faced both challenges and opportunities in the nursing work, whereupon safety, trust and courage to talk about HRV were highlighted as essential parts.
Conclusions: The encounter with HRV-exposed students was described through various forms of violence, including the impact of violence on the students. The school nurses used screening tools like SOC to detect HRV. Challenges emerged to achieve the students' trust, participation and get them to talk about HRV. The conclusion was that the school nurses was able to support the students to achieve a higher quality of life in connection with HRV through a health-promoting interprofessional collaboration.
