Evidence wasalso collected from previous scientific research. Results show that attaining a sociallysustainable workplace is complicated, time consuming and requires constant reevaluation ofprogress and processes. The results also reveal differences in opinions between managementand personnel regarding the perceived success and effectiveness of current strategies in use.We would like to continue and expand our research to other organizations in order to createmore effective implementation strategies for promotion long-term social sustainabilitywithin the workplace.
