Abstract [en]

The Uppsala County Council (Region Uppsala) would like to automate the collection and processing of data from solar panels in order to present it to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). They would also like to display the data from their solar panels to the general public in an effective and simple manner. We created a system that stores production data and distributes it on a monthly basis. Furthermore we also developed a web prototype for displaying the data. We formulated requirements on the performance of the system and ensured these were satisifed with reasonable results. The data is transferred over the internet from the solar panels and stored in a database before being summarized and sent to the Uppsala County Council. They will then ensure that the data is reasonable before sending it to the tax agency. The result is a system that can replace most of the manual collection of data from solar panels. The system is both faster and more reliable than the manual labor alternative being used up until this point in time.

Region Uppsala vill automatisera insamling och sammanställning av data från solelanläggningar för redovisning till Skatteverket. De vill även visa upp produktionsinformationen från sina anläggningar på ett effektivt och enkelt sätt för allmänheten. Vi har skapat ett system som lagrar produktionsdata samt distribuerar den varje månad. Vi utvecklade även en webbapplikation som kan visa upp datan på webben. Krav sattes av oss själva på systemet och vi försäkrade oss om att dessa krav uppfylldes med rimliga resultat. Datan överförs via internet från solelanläggningarna till en databas. Datan skickas automatiskt vidare till en anställd hos regionen som försäkrar att datan är rimlig och skickar in den till Skatteverket. Resultatet av projektet är ett system som kan ersätta det mesta manuella arbete som berör datainsamlingen från solelanläggningar. Systemet är både snabbare och mer pålitligt än det manuella alternativet som använts hittills.
