Abstract [sv]

Detta är en systematisk litteraturstudie med syfte att undersöka elevers begreppsbilder av bråktal. Ett urval på sex studier gjorda på området presenteras och analyseras enligt Sfards (1991) ramverk för begreppsbilder. Resultatet visar på förekomsten av både den operationella begreppsbilden och den strukturella begreppsbilden bland eleverna samt att den strukturella begreppsbilden av bråk för de flesta eleverna är svår att nå, varför den operationella begreppsbilden förekommer i mycket större utsträckning.

Abstract [en]

This report presents a systematic literature review focusing on students’ conception of fractions. A selection of six relevant research studies are presented and analysed using Sfad’s (1991) framework of mathematicalconceptions. The result shows that students conceive fractions both operationally and structurally, and that inaddition the structural image of fractions is challenging from most students. Hence, the operational image of fractions is much more prevailing in students.
