Broar är bärverk som för trafik över eller förbi hinder och behöver ibland förstärkning av grundläggningen under stöden på grund av dåliga markförhållanden. Detta åstadkommas genom pålgrundläggning under bottenplattan. För att välja lämpliga pålar med tillräcklig lastkapacitet behövs beräkna dimensionerande lasteffekten från bron på pålarna i pålgruppen. Beräkningsprogram som grundas på pålstyvhetsmetoden för att beräkna lasteffekten på pålar används oftast, som CAE-rymdpålgrupp program. Sådana program betraktar bottenplattan som oändlig styv vilket troligen kan minska noggrannheten av beräkningen. Nyare program baserade på finita elementmetoder som FEM-Design kan beräkna lasteffekten på pålarna och har även möjlighet att välja olika styvheter till bottenplattan. För utvärdering och jämförelse mellan CAE och FEM-Design i syfte att välja lämpligaste program för beräkning av lasteffekten på pålarna vid pålgrundläggning av brostöd, valdes en bro i Telegrafberget, Nacka. Modellering och beräkning i båda program utfördes med hänsynstagande till tre parametrar; bottenplattans tjocklek, krypning och jordpåverkan. Efter analysen och jämförelsen mellan resultaten av båda program dras slutsatsen att FEM-Design ger noggrannare resultat för lasteffekten på pålarna. Vid hög styvhet för pålgrundläggningen ger CAE också adekvata resultat för lasteffekten.         

Abstract [en]

Bridges are structures that lead traffic over or through obstacles and sometimes require reinforcement of foundation under support due to poor soil conditions. This is accomplished by piling under the foundation slab. To select suitable piles with sufficient load capacity, it needs to calculate the dimensioning load effect from the bridge on the piles of the pile foundation. Calculation programs based on the pile stiffness method to calculate the loading effect on the piles are usually used such as the CAE program. Such programs regard the foundation slab as endless rigid which can probably reduce the accuracy of the calculation. Newer programs based on finite element methods like FEM-Design can calculate the load effect on the piles and also have the option of selecting various stiffnesses to the foundation slab. For the evaluation and comparison of CAE and FEM-Design in order to choose the most suitable program for calculating the load effect on the piles of bridge support, a bridge was chosen in Telegrafberget, Nacka. Modeling and calculation in both programs were performed taking into account three parameters; foundation slab thickness, creepage and ground effect. Following the analysis and comparison of the results of both programs, concludes that FEM-Design provides more accurate results for the loading effect on the piles. At high rigidity for the pile foundation, CAE also provides adequate results for the load effect.
