Abstract [sv]

Rapportens syfte är att undersöka vad som har skett inom energieffektivisering avflerbostadshus. Resultatdelen är uppdelad i tre delar. Den första delen är undersökning av Boverkets byggregler om energikrav och annat som rör energieffektivisering. Allt från de första byggföreskrifterna som fanns i Sverige till dagens energikrav avhandlas. Boverket släpper med jämna mellanrum nya föreskrifter där energikraven skärps. I del två undersöks hur energianvändningen i Sveriges flerbostadshus de senaste åren ur ett antal olika perspektiv. Den tredje och sista resultat delen handlar om vilka nya tekniker och tekniska lösningar som utvecklats de senaste åren. Konstruktion, isolering, köldbryggor och fönster är de fyra områden som undersökts.

Den totala energianvändning i flerbostadshus har sjunkit marginellt de senaste 15 åren, den genomsnittliga energianvändning har dock sjunkit något mer. Detta beror främst på ökad medvetenhet om vikten av energieffektivisering än stora tekniska framsteg inom området. Boverkets byggregler gällande energikrav har genom åren skärpts regelbundet, men dessa har sällan varit svåra att uppnå för nybyggnationer.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of the report is to investigate what has occurred in energy efficiency technology of multi-family residential. The result is divided into three parts. The first part is an examination of the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building andPlanning's building rules on energy requirements. Everything from the first building regulations in Sweden to today's energy requirements are being investigated. The National Board of Housing, Building and Planning is periodically releasing new regulations where the energy requirements are tightened. Part two examines how the energy use in Sweden's multi-family residential has developed in the recent years from a number of different perspectives. The third and last part of the result part is about the technologies and technical solutions that have been developed in recent years. Construction, insulation, thermal bridges and windows are the four areas investigated.

Sweden´s total energy use in multi-family residentials has gone down marginally over the last 15 years, but the average energy consumption has fallen a bit further. This is primarily due to increased awareness of the importance of energy efficiency rather than major technical advances. The National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's building rules for energy requirements have been tightened regularlyover the years, but these have not been difficult to achieve for new constructions.
