Abstract [sv]

Projektet startade som ett examensarbete för högskoleingenjörsexamen i maskinteknik vid Karlstads Universitet. Arbetet utfördes med Camatec Industriteknik AB som uppdragsgivare, vilket är en heltäckande ingenjörsbyrå inriktad på process- och industriteknik. Målet med projektet var att ta fram ett första tillverkningsunderlag till ett hydrauliskt kraftaggregat som utmärker sig i förhållande till befintliga lösningar, bland annat genom att använda ljuddämpande material och ta fram en unik tank. Syftet med projektet var att aggregatet efter vidareutveckling skulle användas vid framtida projekt. Arbetet utfördes med hjälp av produktutvecklingsprocessen och började med en förstudie för att sedan landa i ett färdigt koncept och en slutkonstruktion på produkten. Under projektets gång har ett antal avgränsningar gjorts, dessa innefattar att inte undersöka elektriska delar och kopplingar (utöver elmotorer) samt identifiering och sammanställning av smådetaljer som fästelement och ledningskopplingar. Det har heller inte gjorts några fysiska tester på hydraulaggregatet rörande ljuddämpning eller systemflöden. Resultatet kom att bli en CAD-modell med tillhörande hydraulschema samt ritningsunderlag för de delar som skall tillverkas. En riskanalys gjordes till sist på slutkonstruktionen. Det tas även upp hur produkten bör utvecklas vidare och vad som mer behöver göras för att den skall kunna bli en färdig hydrauliklösning.

Abstract [en]

The project took its course as a degree project for a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Karlstad University. It was carried out with Camatec Industriteknik AB as employer, which is a comprehensive engineering company focused on process- and industrial engineering. The goal with this project was to develop a basis for production of a hydraulic power pack that distinguishes itself from already existing solutions. This was achieved by using soundabsorbing materials and developing a unique oil tank. The purpose of the project was to be able to, after continued development, use the unit as a power source in future engineering projects. The assignment was carried out by applying the product development process. It started with a preliminary study and ended up with a concept product which in turn concluded in a final design of the product. Throughout the project many delimitations have been made, which include not examining electrical parts and connections (apart from electric motors) as well as the identification and assembly of small parts such as fasteners and conduits. Also, no physical tests or simulations on the hydraulic unit was made regarding sound dampening and oil flow. The project concluded in a CAD model with an accompanying hydraulic diagram as well as schematics for the parts to be manufactured. A risk analysis was also made regarding the final construction. Suggestions on how the product should be developed further and what needs to be done for the product to be completed is compiled under the discussion chapter.
