Abstract [sv]

For att undvika overexploatering kravs hallbara metoder for utnyttjande

av ekosystem. Har studeras hur ske paverkar dynamiken

hos populationer av sk. Malet med studien ar att hitta

en optimal strategi sa att fangsten maximeras under villkoret att

skpopulationen ej utrotas. Med hjalp av optimal styrteori och

Pontryagin's princip, kan sadana strategier erhallas. Numerisk

analys av det optimala styrproblemet visade att det for oberoende

skarter existerar en optimal populationsstorlek. For beroende

skarter, kunde dynamiken av ekosystemet kvalitativt forandras.

I majoriteten av de studerade exemplen var den optimala strategin

tidsoberoende.
