Overview of Sevice Process in 5 Star Restaurants of Teheran

Abstract [en]

Researchers of this thesis are both working in service industry so they could see some infirmities in the service industry of Iran. Now this research is focusing on a small part of service industry which is service in 5 star restaurants of Tehran with the goal of preparing useful data in order to help restaurant’s industry’s improvement.At first there are some background reviews of the researches being done about service and restaurant industry. Then the problem that is being focused in the research is introduced. Also key words and phrases and main areas that are discussed in the research have been defined. Then used methods and tools for gathering data are being introduced and the process of analyzing data is indicated. At last, conclusion and findings that are achieved is discussed.
