Abstract [en]

In this paper i discuss how optimizing modelling and texturing for games. The key issue is what problems unoptimized game models can bring, and which types of techniques you can use to solve them.With guidance from proffesional CG Artists at the Swedish game company Fatshark AB, and my previous experience from my bachelor's program computer graphics education at Luleå's University of Technology in Skellefteå, I have researched several techniques and methods for optimizing game models.
