Bullying is upsetting and strong topic that affects us humans in different ways and that it is a social phenomenon then it often deals with social exclusion from the community. The existence bullying among adults in the workplace, I find interesting to study because we as adults should set an example and agreed to hold the ability to distinguish right from wrong. The purpose of this paper is to explain and understand the problems with what bullying means for those people who are in employment are exposed to this, how they perceive what they suffered and how they manage to deal with this. Previous research has shown that nine percent of the people who are working have been subjected to bullying in the workplace in Sweden but also to bullying in the workplace occurs in places where people meet and spend their time regularly for a longer continuous period. The question to be answered in this study is how the subject experiencing and explaining their situation, how they deal with bullying, and if there are differences between the sexes when it comes to experience and management of being bullied at her workplace. The result of this study is to interview people who have been victims of negative acts in their work explains his situation by describing their experiences of what they had to endure the effects of those negative events that influenced them mentally as well as somatic as well as how they practiced different strategies to manage and cope with their situation where the region behavior was a strategy for both sexes but women chose to stay in the anterior region and the men in posterior region.
