Abstract [en]

In a society where the recruitment industry is blossoming, it becomes material to investigate the legal rights and obligations of employees, recruitment agencies and employers. In January of 2013 a new law was incorporated in Sweden, as followed by a directive by the European Parliament. The main goal with the assessment was to establish the new legal circumstances concerning the recruitment agency industry. Of importance to the thesis is a historical glimpse of the different circumstances to astir consciousness and interest to the pros- and cons about the private recruitment industry. It was established that the rights of the employees could get greater respect by a more rigorous law concerning the matter. The suggested solution also of-fers a repair of the reputation that surrounds the recruitment agency industry mainly concer-ning the over all work environment.
