The purpose of this report is to display my work involving the creation of digital characters atMilford Film and Animation. Since the company’s main focus is on commercial work, anemphasis will be put on this form of production.This essay will place its main focus on the working process in its entirety and explain its role incontext, in this case the creation of animated commercials. The point is to illuminate the role ofthe character artist, with an emphasis on modeling and texturing.During my time at Milford Film & Animation I have been involved practically in all the stepsinvolving modeling and textruring that are described in the text. In this manner I have achievedexperience within the subject which I have used to come to the conclusions described in thisreport.
