Abstract [sv]

Examensarbetets syfte var att bistå med tidsoptimeringar och generella effektiviseringar kringframtagningen av en HVDC-station. Genom optimering av arbetsmetoder ochförtydliggörandet av beräkningsdokument kommer detta examensarbete att visa påmöjligheten att frilägga resurser direkt från offert- och projektstadiet. Denna optimering harstora möjligheter att direkt kunna appliceras på många av de framtida HVDC-projekten somföretaget har möjlighet att vinna och genom inbyggnaden av bland annat LEAN-verktyget:Ständiga förbättringar, har metoderna ytterligare möjligheter att i framtiden effektiviseras.

Abstract [en]

This thesis objectives was to assist with general optimizations and efficiency improvements regarding the development of an HVDC station. Through the optimization of work methods and the clarification of calculation document my thesis will show the possibility to free resources directly from the quotation and project stages. This methods has great potential to be applied to many of the future HVDC-projects that the company has the opportunity to win, and with the implementation of the LEAN tool: Continuous improvements, the methods have the future opportunity to be even more efficient.
