Kommissionen kan inte bara strunta i ett klagomål från en medborgare med hänvisning till att arbetstidsdirektivet kan komma att ändras någon gång i framtiden. Det skriver EUs ombudsman P. Nikiforos Diaman­douros i en skarp rapport, där han ber om Europaparlamentets stöd för att förmå kommissionen att fatta beslut.
